We take the time to detail your vent registers inside and out to remove dust, mold, and grime.

We open your indoor unit to clean the evaporator coils. We also clean your condenser coils which are outside. This will increase airflow in your unit reducing energy consumption and saving you money! This should be done every 6 months as part of regular maintenance for your unit.

We replace your filter for you free of charge if you already have a replacement filter on hand and with a fee if you do not.

We spray a chemical in your AC vents that kills biological matter such as bacteria, mold, fungi, and other pollutants. 

We install a UV light inside of your unit that can help kill all airborne microbes including bacteria, viruses, and mold before they can enter your vents, preventing future build up.

We utilize an electrostatic sprayer to disinfect whole areas and items such as living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, door knobs, children's toys, etc. This service can reduce microbes within the home or building which can keep your customers or family healthy and prevent disease.
