• Air Duct Cleaning: Every 3 to 5 years. This is part of your unit's regular maintenance.
• AC Coil Cleaning: Every 6 months. This is part of your unit's regular maintenance.
• Filter Replacement: Every 2-3 months or as needed. This is part of your unit's regular maintenance. 
• Fogging: Every 6 months. The effects of this chemical only lasts about 6 months and should be reapplied for continued benefits. 
• Electrostatic Disinfection Spray: Every month or as needed depending on the nature of the building.

• Vent Cleaning: It is recommended that you do not stay in the home during vent cleaning service as it can become dusty in the areas closest to each vent, however, it is not necessary for this service. At-risk persons such as babies or vulnerable adults should not stay in the home. A business should be closed to not inconvenience customers.
• Coil Cleaning: During the cleansing of the indoor units coils, the AC system does have to be turned off in order to service the coils which can make the home or building warmer or colder depending on the time of year. This can temporarily lead to more uncomfortable temperatures.
• Fogging: It is required that the entire home or building be evacuated for at least an hour after this service is done as the chemicals used can be harmful if inhaled.
• Electrostatic Disinfection Spray: It is required that the space being worked on be left empty for at least an hour as the spray can be harmful if inhaled.

• UV Light Installation: This can take anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour depending on how difficult it is to access your unit.
